We deliver across India and to selected international destinations.
Availability of shipping services to international locations depends on our courier and logistics partners.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders (Within India): Shipping charges may vary based on location, order weight, and courier service provider.
International Orders: All shipping charges for international orders are to be paid by the customer.
Weight Discrepancies: Any additional weight-related charges imposed by shipping partners due to packaging adjustments or discrepancies will be borne by the customer.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic Delivery: Typically 5-7 business days from dispatch, depending on the location.
International Delivery: Typically 10-20 business days, subject to customs clearance and local regulations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, customs delays, or force majeure events.
6. Tracking Orders
Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment and coordinate with the courier partner if needed.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any such additional charges.
Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control, and Poshaqq is not liable for them.
8. Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer must bear the re-shipping costs.
No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries.
