Customers appreciated that the kits looked just like homemade food, required minimal cooking, and still maintained freshness even after weeks.
We launched limited trials in Pune and Mumbai and worked closely with our early customers. From home chefs to hostel students, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. People loved the fact that Poshaqq was ready-to-cook, not precooked junk. It was convenient, clean, and comforting.
This phase gave us the ultimate validation—we had finally achieved the elusive product-market fit.
